This is measured also by the level and growth of friendhsips we cultivate while building our professional path. Our resources are very low we do not rely only on the tour experiences, in most cases. Each of us in this network are teachers, social workers, educators, managers, tour guides, hospitality managers all community based. Therefore I understand that our community is our main social capital and we struggle to compete in a market where comercial tourism gains more visibility. We oversee changes and new trends in this market and with those trends we envision growth. We plant fair seeds and we believe we are succeding.
